#Help with a booking
The fastest way is from the app or website: open Bookings, choose the booking and tap Help. Keep your booking number (for example #12345) ready when you call or write to us.
#Grievance officer
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can write to our grievance officer about any complaint regarding our services, content or your personal data.
